Strap Attachment

Our vinyl straps include rustproof grommets that are secured to the frame with screws in a single-wrap attachment. This creates a strong frame attachment and enables easy vinyl strap reversal or replacement that can be completed onsite. This feature keeps the furniture in service and looking good and eliminates the need to send furniture offsite for repair.

Spun Ends

Most manufacturers insert nylon caps into tube ends. These caps often fall out, leaving a sharp exposed aluminum frame.  Elite Casual Furniture spins the ends closed on all aluminum frames wherever possible. The resulting “spun end” safeguards the frame and reduces operator liability from personal injury.

Welds

Our robust welding process ensures frame durability and stability. The aluminum joints are cut to fit in a flush match with the main frame. This “fish mouth” cut makes for a tight joint and secure weld. Unique helia-arc equipment is then used to produce full circumference welds that bond to the frame for extra strength.

Aluminum Adjusting Plates

Nylon adjusting plates that are commonly used to adjust lounge backs do not withstand the stress of commercial use. All Elite Casual Furniture lounges feature solid aluminum adjustment plates that are fastened to the frame with commercial rivets for extra strength and endurance.
