Construction Notes

Vinyl straps use rustproof grommets and a single-wrap, screw-secured frame attachment. Straps can be reversed or replaced onsite.

Where possible, Elite Casual closes aluminum tube ends by spinning them rather than fitting nylon caps. The finished end protects the frame and avoids an exposed aluminum edge if a cap comes loose.

Aluminum tubes are cut to fit flush at each joint, then welded around the full circumference.

Elite Casual lounges use solid aluminum adjusting plates fastened with commercial rivets to adjust the lounge back.
